This shop is a bit different because we do both beauty work and some tailoring. We are located in Pushpanjali Market, which is right behind Ratan Tara Jewellers in the Kadamkuan area. It’s a busy part of Patna, especially with Churi Market so close by. You can get your hair done and also talk about getting a blouse stitched at the same time. The boutique side keeps us busy with fabrics and threads everywhere, while the parlour side is for facials and threading. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the sewing machines and salon chairs, but it works for us. We’ve been in Kadamkuan for years and know most of the families around here. People come in to get ready for weddings or just for a quick trim. It isn't a polished showroom; it's a working shop where real work happens. You might see us measuring someone for a suit while someone else is getting a head massage. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just a local business trying to help women look their best for whatever they have going on. The lighting is a bit bright and the fans are always on. We stay open late during the wedding season because there is so much to finish. Sometimes we get orders for dozens of suits at once, so the machines are constantly running. It’s a lively place to be for everyone who works here.
