Shagun Herbal Beauty Parlour

Shagun Herbal Beauty Parlour has been at Seva Sadan on Vidhyapati Marg for a while now. Most people know the Tara Mandal nearby, so finding us isn't too hard. We prefer using herbal things like neem or sandalwood because that's what we grew up with. It's a small space but we make it work. The street outside can get quite jammed with traffic in Patna. Inside, it's a bit quieter. We do threading, waxing, and hair oils. Some ladies come in every month just for a head massage. We don't use many of those chemical smells you find in big malls. It’s more of a home-style setup. I started this because I liked making my own face packs. Now, I do it for the whole neighborhood. The walls are painted a simple color and we have a few posters of different hairstyles. It's not a corporate chain, just me and a couple of helpers. Sometimes we run out of space when a whole family comes in for a wedding prep. We tell them to sit on the plastic chairs near the door. It’s a friendly place where everyone knows everyone’s business. We try to finish our work quickly so the ladies can get back to their homes before dark. It's a simple life running a parlour here, and we like the regular routine. We just keep the door open and see who comes in.
