Ritraj Softech (Opc) Private Limited is located in the Shyam Sunder Building, which is right by Jagdeo Path on Bailey Road. If you know Patna, you know Bailey Road is always busy and full of life. This energy is something we are right in the middle of. Since we are an OPC, the setup is smaller and more personal, which is exactly how we like it. Layers of management or complicated structures aren't found here. It’s just a straightforward operation where we handle our software work. Finding the building is easy, and after being here for a while, it really feels like home. A lot of our time is spent at desks, usually with some tea or snacks nearby to keep us going. Everything is accessible from the 800014 area. We don't really do the whole formal business thing with fancy slogans. Just telling people where we are and what we are working on is enough. Outside, the traffic on Bailey Road is a bit noisy, but once you’re inside the office, it’s all about the tasks at hand. We are just regular people who enjoy the technical side of things and wanted to start something of our own in Patna. No big mystery exists here. We show up, we do the work, and we go home. It works for us and it seems to work for the people we help. Getting things right without the extra polish is our main focus.
