My name is Ritesh Kumar and I run things here at Jairam Keshri Mirzawan Ki Chhawani. It's a busy, crowded area filled with trucks and laborers moving sacks of goods all day long. My office is just a small room with a desk and a few chairs for visitors to sit. We deal mostly in bulk, so you won't see a lot of fancy displays here. It's all about the stock and the prices we can offer. I spend most of my day on the phone talking to traders from other cities. The roads here are very narrow and always blocked with carts, so getting around is a challenge every single day. We don't have any big corporate logo or a marketing team. It's just me and a couple of helpers who have been with me for several years now. We eat our lunch together right here in the office when things slow down. The walls are covered with old calendars and notes scribbled everywhere for reference. It’s a very traditional way of doing business, based on handshakes and long-term relationships with people. Sometimes the work goes on late into the night when the trucks arrive with new stock. It’s a tough environment, but it is what I have known my whole life.
