We are Rikta Land Developers Private Limited. You can find us over at Main Road in Chhoti Pahari, right near the Sahara India godown in Agamkuan. It’s the place cared for by Umesh Pd Singh. We’ve been around this part of Patna for a bit now, focusing on land work. Dealing with land can be a real headache sometimes, with all the paperwork and local rules here in Bihar, so we just try to keep things straightforward for the people who come to us. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular spot where we sit down and look at maps and documents. Most of our days are spent checking out sites or talking to folks about what they want to do with their plots. We know the 800007 area pretty well since we are right here every day. It gets busy on the main road, but that's just how it is in Patna. If you’re looking for the office, just head toward the godown and you’ll see us. We don't have a big team or a slick website, just a few of us handling the land side of things. It’s hard work and the weather can be tough, but we manage. People mostly find us through word of mouth or by just walking in when they see the sign. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a lot of back and forth with the registry office and making sure boundaries are right, but that's the job.
