Ridhya Engicon Private Limited

Ridhya Engicon Private Limited is based out of the Digha Ghat area in Patna. Specifically, we are over in Haripur Colony at Haribansh Rai’s place. Digha is a place that’s changed a lot lately with all the new roads and the bridge. We handle engineering and construction stuff. It’s mostly just hard work and keeping track of various project sites. We don’t have a fancy front desk or anything like that. Our day starts early, usually checking in with the teams at the different locations. Working in Bihar has its own set of challenges, especially with the monsoon rains and getting supplies on time. We use the 800011 pin code for our mail. The office is a regular space where we keep all our files and meeting notes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at the sites making sure things are moving. It’s a local business through and through. We know the neighborhood well. Our focus is just on getting the jobs done as they come in. Some projects are small and some take a lot longer than we thought they would. We don't make big promises, we just show up and do the engineering work required. It’s a lot of manual tracking and making sure the workers have what they need to keep building. That is basically what we do every day.
