Rider Contractor Private Limited

You can find us at the N P Centre on New Dak Bungalow Road. We are down in the LG-3 level which stays a bit cooler during the hot Patna summers. Rider Contractor is basically a small team that takes on various contracting jobs around the city. Being right in the Dak Bungalow area is handy because everything is close by but the traffic is usually a nightmare. We spend a lot of time on the phone trying to get supplies delivered through the narrow streets. It’s not a very fancy setup we have here just some desks and a lot of paperwork. Most of our guys are out at the job sites anyway. We don't really have a big fancy reception or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have in hand. Some days are better than others especially when the weather is nice for outdoor work. We started this because we knew how to get things built and decided to do it on our own. It’s been a learning curve with all the paperwork involved in running a private limited company. We just keep our heads down and work. It's practical stuff like plumbing or masonry or whatever the contract needs. We don't talk much about goals we just do the work. The building where we work has a lot of other offices too so it is always busy around here. We usually grab lunch at one of the small stalls nearby and then get back to the files.
