We are based in the village of Kumhari, which is under the Kadwa police station in Katihar. Specifically, we operate out of the place cared for by Satyam Kumar Jha. Reydiv Technologies (Opc) Private Limited is a one-person company, though we have a few hands helping out from time to time. Being out here in a village in Katihar means we are quite far from the big tech hubs, but the internet allows us to do our work just as well. The office is really just a dedicated part of the house. It’s quiet out here, which helps when you need to focus on coding or technical tasks. We don’t have any fancy corporate culture or big meetings. It’s mostly just sitting down and working through the day’s requirements. Some days the cows are louder than the traffic, which is a nice change from the city. We started this because technology shouldn't just be a city thing. It’s been a bit of a challenge setting everything up with the local infrastructure, but we’ve managed to make it work. We handle things for clients who don't mind that we are located in a remote village. They just care that the work gets finished. It’s an honest, simple way to run a business, and it keeps us connected to our roots here in Bihar. We don't need much more than a good connection and a desk.
