We are based out of the Mansarovar L.I.C. Colony in Danapur, which is a fairly calm residential neighborhood. Sri Krishna Nandan Pd Yadav is the one who runs things at this location. We focus on infrastructure and construction work around Patna. The office is really just a simple room where we keep our records and meet with the guys before heading out to a job site. Being in the colony is nice because it is away from the heavy noise of the main city traffic, though getting across Danapur in the morning is still a bit of a challenge. We are a small team and we don't bother with expensive advertising or big billboards. Most people find us because they saw one of our projects or a friend told them about us. We handle the bricks, the sand, and the labor. Sometimes it is hard to find good workers, but we manage to get by. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation with a thousand employees. We just want to do decent work that lasts. You can usually find Krishna in the office during the week, probably drinking tea and looking over some site plans. It’s a straightforward business and we don't try to make it sound like anything else. We just build things in the local area and hope for the best.
