Ravi Raushan

Ravi Raushan is based in Adarsh Colony, which is a quiet residential neighborhood. We have to be very mindful of our neighbors and keep the noise down as much as we can during the day. It’s a nice area with regular houses and small gardens all around the streets. We aren't a big factory or a high-rise office; we operate more like a local outfit that grew out of a simple idea. Our day usually starts with a walk through the colony, saying hello to the people who have lived in these houses for decades. The workspace we have is humble and filled with the tools and supplies we need for our daily tasks. We don't have any professional decorators or slick office setups like you see in the city. Most of our furniture consists of shelves we put up ourselves and some old wooden desks. We do our work without making a big fuss about things. People in Adarsh Colony know us by our names, and that’s exactly how we prefer to run things. There’s no "management" in the corporate sense, just a few of us making decisions as we go along each day. Sometimes we get a bit behind on the paperwork because we are too busy doing the actual physical work. The evenings are really nice here when the streetlights come on and things settle down even more. We aren't trying to change the whole world or anything like that. We just want to do our job well and stay a part of this local community. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business, and it suits us just fine.
