RASK BUILDCON COLONIZER PRIVATE LIMITED

My name is Vijay Pd Singh, and I run RASK BUILDCON COLONIZER PRIVATE LIMITED with my team. We are based in Flat No 304/C at Kailash Residency in S.K. Puram, Danapur. Danapur is a busy area near Patna, and we've been working here for quite some time. We are mostly involved in building homes and colonies for people. It is a lot of coordination between different workers and suppliers. We aren't a huge operation with a bunch of fancy titles. We just work out of our residency office and spend most of our time at the construction sites. Building a colony takes a lot of patience and dealing with a lot of different people. Sometimes it's stressful when things don't go according to plan, like when the weather turns bad or a delivery is missing. But that’s just the nature of this business. We don't use big marketing talk to get clients. People come to us because they know we are local and we stay on the job until it is done. We try to keep things simple and clear. If there’s a problem, we talk about it and find a way to fix it. We have lived in this area for a long time, so our reputation matters more than anything else. We are just regular people trying to build decent places for other families to live in around here.
