Rashmi Softech Corporation Private Limited

Our place is located in the New Professor Colony in Dighi West, Darbhanga. We operate out of House Number 999, which is the home of Shri Kashi Nath Jha. It’s a residential area, so it’s pretty quiet and there are a lot of trees around. We like it because it doesn’t feel like a cold, empty office building. We’ve set up our software work right here in the house. It started small and just kind of stayed that way, which we prefer. We spend our days coding and talking about software designs. Since it's a colony, we know our neighbors and they know what we do. We aren't a huge team, just a few people who are good with computers and enjoy the work. Sometimes we work late into the night, and the only sound is the crickets outside. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have worked with us before. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We handle everything from basic tech support to more complex software tasks. It’s just our daily routine, sitting in the colony and getting things done. We don't need a lot of fancy stuff to be productive. It’s a good life here in Darbhanga. We drink a lot of coffee, talk about the weather, and just keep at the keyboards until the job is finished. It's a nice way to spend the day without all that corporate pressure.
