Ranju and Sameer Developers Private Limited operates out of Flat 204 in the Vishwamohini Appartment. We are located in Kankarbagh which is a really crowded and active part of Patna. Ashok Kumar Singh is who we share the space with. It is a typical apartment setup and nothing too grand or polished. We spend most of our time looking over blueprints and talking to various contractors on the phone. Kankarbagh has everything you need close by but the parking for visitors can be a real nightmare sometimes. We are not trying to be the biggest company in Bihar. We just want to get our buildings finished and move to the next one. Sometimes there are delays with materials or the heavy rain slows down the work at the site. That is just how it goes in this business. We have a small table for our meetings and a lot of files piled up on the shelves. It is a real office where real work happens every day. We have lived in Patna long enough to know all the different neighborhoods. Working out of an apartment keeps our costs down which is important for us. We do not have a receptionist or a coffee machine that does fancy lattes. We just have a kettle and our paperwork. The 800020 area is always buzzing and we like being in the middle of it. It is honest work and we take it day by day.
