We are located in the Shivpuri area of Anisabad, right near the old aluminium factory in Patna. Our office is at Ram Subhag Giri’s place. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of noise and traffic. We spend most of our time working on residential buildings around this part of the city. Being a local developer means we are always on the move between different sites. The traffic in Patna can be a real problem when we are trying to get supplies delivered on time. We do not have a big corporate setup. Most of the time, our boots are covered in dust and we are looking at blueprints on a messy table. We manage a small crew of workers who handle the actual construction. It is a lot of back and forth with suppliers for cement and steel. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or other issues, but we just deal with it as it comes. People in the area know us and often walk up to the gate to ask about ongoing projects. We do not use any big advertisements to find work. It is mostly word of mouth from people who have seen us building in the neighborhood. We just want to do a decent job so that the houses we build are solid. It is hard work and the days are long, but we have been doing this for a while now.
