Rajdhani Hair Cutting Salon

We have been running Rajdhani Hair Cutting Salon for quite some time now over in the New Purandpur Dopulva area of Postal Park. Our little shop is right near the Kali Mandir, which is a big landmark for everyone living around here in Patna. Most days start early when the bells from the temple are ringing and people are beginning their morning walks. We have a couple of chairs that have seen a lot of use, and the mirrors are a bit old but they do the job just fine. It gets pretty crowded on Sunday mornings because that is when all the local men want to get a fresh shave or a quick trim before the week starts. The weather in Patna is often very dusty and hot, so we keep the doors open to catch any breeze, though usually, it is just the ceiling fan hummed along all day. We know most of the people who come in by their first names and we usually talk about the local news or whatever is happening in the market. It is not a fancy place with big lights or expensive products, just a simple spot to get your hair cut. Sometimes the tea seller from across the street brings us some chai and we take a short break if there are no customers waiting. We just try to do our work quietly and keep things going at 800001.
