Qll Private Limited is right on Boring Road in Patna, just opposite the Vindyambika Apartment near Panitanki. If you know Patna, you know Boring Road is always crowded and noisy. We are at Niraj Kumar Nayak’s place. It’s a busy spot to have an office, but it means we are close to everything. We handle a variety of business tasks and digital services. It’s the kind of place where phones are always ringing and someone is always running out to grab a samosa. We don't have a professional decorator. We just put some desks where they fit and started working. It’s a bit cramped, but the energy is good. Most of us are in our twenties or thirties and just trying to build something for ourselves. We don't use corporate jargon or pretend to be more than we are. We are just a small team trying to keep up with the work. Sometimes we stay late because the traffic is too bad to go home anyway. We do everything from data work to helping people with their online registrations. It’s varied and keeps us busy. We don't have a big philosophy. We just focus on getting the work finished so we can go home and relax. It’s a bit chaotic at times, with people coming in and out, but that is just how Boring Road is. We’re just glad to have a space here where we can get things done.
