Premierinfra Buildcon Private Limited is located in Nageshwar Colony. Our office is in Ratan Enclave, specifically Flat Number 3A on Kavi Raman Path. This is a residential part of the city, so it is a bit calmer than the main market areas. Prabhat Ranjan is the person in charge here. We do infrastructure and building construction work. Running an office out of an apartment means we do not have a big sign outside, but it works well for us. Most of our actual work happens on-site, so the flat is mainly for meetings and handling the books. We spend a lot of our time on the phone coordinating with suppliers and site supervisors. The name of the company sounds a bit official, but we are just a normal group of people trying to get things built. Nageshwar Colony is easy to get to, which helps when we have to meet clients. We deal with the usual logistics of construction, which can be tricky when the rain starts or when there are shortages of materials. We do not do much marketing because people usually see our work and then call us. It is just Prabhat and the rest of us trying to keep things organized from the Ratan Enclave office. It is a regular job with daily challenges, and we just try to handle them as they come.
