PRATISOMA CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is situated right near the government school on Post Office Road in Punaichak. Manoj Kumar Sinha’s place is where we coordinate everything from. Punaichak is a pretty crowded part of Patna, so things can get a bit tight when we are moving materials around. We aren't a big flashy firm. We are just local builders who know the streets of Patna well. Our days usually start early, before the traffic gets too bad. We spend a lot of time on the phone with vendors and checking on the progress of our current projects. Being near the school means there is always a lot of activity around us. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a big mission statement or anything. We just take on building work and try to get it done without too much fuss. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than the actual building, which is frustrating, but it’s part of the job. Manoj handles a lot of the coordination. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. New buildings are popping up everywhere and we are just happy to be doing our part in that. If you are walking down Post Office Road, you will probably see our workers or hear the noise of a site nearby. It’s honest work and we take it one day at a time. No corporate polish here, just bricks and mortar and the usual daily problems.
