You can find Pratanshu Technologies Private Limited over in Civil Lines. We are in the South Kothi area, specifically at Kameshwar Prasad’s house. Civil Lines is a bit older, with some character to the buildings. Our office reflects that. It isn't a new glass building; it has some history to it. We do tech work here, mostly focusing on software and helping local businesses get online. It’s a small team. We usually have the windows open when the weather is nice, though the dust can be a bit much sometimes. We aren't fancy people. We wear regular clothes and drink a lot of coffee while we stare at our monitors. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we all just take a walk until it comes back. That is just part of living and working here. We handle things like web development and basic tech support. People come to us because they know Shiv Hari Agarwal or they’ve heard we are reliable. We don't do much advertising. Most of our work comes from word of mouth around town. It’s a good way to run things because you have to be honest when you’re going to see your customers at the market later. We focus on getting the code right and making sure the websites don't break. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the wires and old keyboards, but we know where everything is. It works for us.
