We are located right off NH-30, near the toll plaza in the Anisabad and Gardanibagh area. It is a busy spot with trucks and cars passing by all day long. Prachi Promoters & Developers has been based here for some time now, working on various land and building projects around Patna. Being near the bypass road makes it easy for us to get to our different sites, though the traffic can be a nightmare during peak hours. Our office is a practical space where we meet with people and talk about development. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that does decent work. We handle the development side of things, which means a lot of time spent looking at maps and dealing with land paperwork. It can be a bit tedious, but it is necessary for the business. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. There is no corporate hierarchy here; if something needs doing, whoever is free just does it. We have seen Patna change a lot from our spot near the toll plaza. The city is growing fast, and we are just trying to keep up with our own projects. We do not have a flashy website or big ads. Most people just drop by because they saw our sign or heard about a project we are working on nearby. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar.
