You can find us at Saurabh Singh’s place in Manglam Vihar, which is part of the Manglam Colony in Danapur. We are tucked away near Bailey Road, which is a busy spot for anyone living in this part of town. Poorav Construction is a local outfit, and we mostly focus on residential stuff around Danapur and the surrounding areas. We aren't some big firm from the city with a polished image. We are just local guys who know how to mix concrete and lay bricks. Most of our time is spent out in the sun, making sure the foundations are poured correctly and the walls are straight. It is a lot of physical labor and coordination, and sometimes it gets pretty stressful when deadlines are tight. We don't use any marketing tricks or fancy slogans. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. Our office in Manglam Colony is where we sit down to figure out the budgets and handle the legal bits. It’s a quiet enough place to get some thinking done before we head back out to the noise of the construction sites. We like being part of the growth in Danapur, and we just take it one project at a time. It's hard work, but it feels right to see a building go up from nothing. We just show up every day and do what needs to be done without any extra drama.
