Pktc Solutions is located in the Alpana Market, which is part of the New Patliputra Colony in Patna. Being in a market area means there is always something going on. There are people coming and going for their daily shopping, and the noise of the market is just part of our daily background music. Our office is a straightforward space that we have lived with for some time. It is not very big, but it serves our needs perfectly well. We have a few computers, a printer that sometimes jams, and enough chairs for everyone. Since we are in Alpana Market, we never have to go far for a quick snack or a cup of tea. There are plenty of little stalls right outside our door. The office can get a bit dusty because of all the foot traffic in the market, so someone is usually sweeping every couple of hours. We don't have a lot of corporate rules or dress codes. Most of us just wear what is comfortable and get to work. It’s a very grounded environment. We know the people who run the shops next door, and we often help each other out. It is the kind of place where you feel connected to the local life of the city. We aren't hidden away in some high-rise; we are right there on the ground, in the middle of everything. It’s just a normal, busy office in a normal, busy market.
