Our office is located over in Indralok Nagar, which is part of the Bahadurpur area here in Patna. It’s a busy neighborhood, and we’ve been operating out of this spot for a bit. Being in the 800020 area means we are right in the middle of things, which helps when we need to move equipment or check on a site. Physical City Developers is basically just a group of us who handle the day-to-day business of building and developing small patches of land. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy presentations. Most of our time is spent on the actual sites, dealing with contractors and making sure the supplies show up on time. Patna is growing fast, and you can see new stuff going up everywhere you look. We are just one part of that. Some days the traffic near Bahadurpur is a nightmare, so getting to the office takes longer than it should. We handle the paperwork and the planning right here in a simple room. It’s a small operation, really. We talk to the neighbors and the local guys about what’s needed. We don’t have a glossy brochure to show you. If someone needs to know something, they usually just come by and have a tea with us while we look at the plans. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the buildings we work on actually stay up. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from early morning until late evening.
