PERLEE ENGINEERING AND INFRASTRUTURE PRIVATE LIMITED is based at D/69 in Phulwari, Patna. We operate out of the home of Sri R.P. Verma, who is the son of the late Hari Prasad. The house has been in the family for a long time, and it’s a quiet spot to get our engineering work done. Phulwari is a nice area, though it is getting more crowded every single year. We mostly handle things related to local infrastructure, which means we spend a lot of time looking at drawings and making sure the math is right before any digging starts. It isn't a glamorous job. There is a lot of back-and-forth with different people, and sometimes we have to spend hours just trying to get one permit sorted out. We are not a giant corporation with hundreds of offices; it is just a local operation where we know our neighbors and the people we work for. Sometimes we have meetings in the front room, and other times we are out in the field getting our boots dirty. We try to keep our English simple and our work straightforward. There is no need for big words when you are just trying to make sure a bridge or a road is built properly. We have been in the Patna area for a long time and we plan on staying right here at D/69. It’s been our base for a while now and it serves us well.
