PAWANKUMAR SALES & CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is located on Plot No-2485 in Mauza, Jamsaut. We are right there in Khagaul, near the Danapur Thana-30. The office is at Draupadi Devi’s place. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren't used to the local roads, but it is a good spot for a business like ours. We do both sales and construction, which keeps us pretty busy most of the year. One day we might be talking to a supplier about the price of iron rods, and the next day we are out at a site making sure the walls are going up straight. Jamsaut is a growing area, and you can see new houses popping up everywhere you look. It is nice to be a part of that. We don't have any polished corporate brochures or marketing teams. Most of our business comes from people just knowing who we are in the Khagaul area. We have had our share of bad days where the rain washes out a site or a truck breaks down right when you need it, but you just learn to deal with those things. It’s a practical business run by local people who just want to get the job done. We don't use a lot of fancy words or try to act like we are bigger than we are. We just stay at our plot and work on our projects, trying to make things better in our corner of Danapur.
