Patliputra Planning And Construction Private Limited is located in Purandarpur, within the Gardanibagh area. We’ve been working out of this part of the city for quite some time now. Our office isn't anything fancy; it’s just a place where we keep our files and meet to discuss the next steps for our projects. Most of our work happens out on the streets and at the various building sites around Patna. We handle the planning and the actual construction, which keeps us busy every day of the week. Some days we are stuck looking at drawings and trying to figure out the best way to use a small plot of land efficiently. Other days we are out there in the heat, making sure the workers have what they need and the materials are arriving as they should. Gardanibagh is a well-known area, and we like being based here. The traffic can be a mess, and getting a truck through the narrow streets of Purandarpur is a real challenge. But we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don't try to sugarcoat the work. It’s dusty, it’s loud, and it takes a lot of patience to get things right. We just take it one day at a time, making sure each wall is straight and each roof is solid.
