Parsara Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are based in Parsara, over in the Tatar Ganj area. This is a small place where farming is the only way of life for most of us. We decided to put our names together as a producer company to see if we could improve things. It’s mostly about collective effort. When we need to buy supplies, we do it together. When it’s time to sell, we try to find the best spot as a group. Our setup is very basic. We don't have a big office building or anything like that. Usually, we just meet up at one of the houses or in the field itself. The dirt here is good, but it takes a lot of work to get a decent crop. We grow what the seasons allow, like many others in Bihar. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just farming. We look at the rain, we look at the seeds, and we hope for the best. The paperwork is a bit much sometimes, but we get through it. We want to make sure the farmers in Parsara get a fair shake. It’s not a fancy business, just local people working the land. We know everyone in Tatar Ganj. We just want to keep things going and maybe make it a bit easier for our kids later on. We stay focused on the day to day tasks. There is always a fence to fix or a field to water. We just keep moving forward together.
