This place is located at the Dr. B R. Ambedkar Institute of Dental Science on Bailey Road. Patna residents know Bailey Road is the main artery of the city, so it’s always packed with cars and bikes. Being inside a dental institute means there are always students and doctors walking around in white coats. It’s a busy academic environment, but we have our own space here. The office isn't anything special to look at. It has the usual dental chairs and that specific smell of a dentist's office that everyone recognizes. The windows look out toward the road, and sometimes you can hear the construction noise from the new flyovers or buildings going up nearby. It’s not a quiet, peaceful spa. It’s a place where work gets done. We deal with a lot of paperwork and schedules that keep changing. The tiles on the floor are a bit worn down from all the footsteps over the years. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; it’s usually just someone busy on the phone or looking through files. People come here because it's a known spot on a major road. We don't put out brochures or anything like that. We just show up, see the people on the schedule, and deal with whatever comes through the door. It’s straightforward and practical. There’s no mystery to how we run things here on Bailey Road. It's just a job.
