Pankajraj Projects Private Limited is situated in the Beur area, not too far from Khagaul. Our office is actually at the house of Rajnandan Singh. To find us, you just need to look for the Joda Kuan in the village, which is a very old and well-known landmark around here. We have been working on various projects in Patna for a while now. It is a very local business, and we don't have any interest in sounding like a big corporation. The office is just a simple room where we keep our maps and contracts. Working near Joda Kuan means we are right in the heart of the community. We started this company because there was a lot of development happening in Beur and we wanted to be a part of it. It’s not always easy, especially with the narrow roads when we have to bring in equipment. But we know our way around the village well enough to make it work. We don't do any big advertising or promotional events. Our work comes from people seeing what we have built and asking who did it. Most of the time, we are just busy with the day-to-day tasks of running a construction business. It’s a practical life, and we are just regular folks trying to make a living by building things in our neighborhood for many years now.
