Pankaj Kumar Mishra works out of R 1 in Jagat Enclave. This is located in the Ashiana Nagar part of Patna, which is a fairly nice area. The office is essentially a converted space within the enclave, so it feels very integrated into the local community. It isn't one of those high-rise corporate offices; it's much more grounded than that. When you walk in, you’ll see the usual office stuff—stacks of paper, a few laptops, and some old wooden cupboards for storage. We aren't big on decor or anything fancy. The focus is always on the work at hand. Ashiana Nagar has a good feel to it, and being in the 800025 area means we are close to where a lot of people live. It’s convenient for them and for us. The daily routine is pretty standard. We get in, start the machines, and work through the list. Sometimes the neighbors from the enclave drop by for a quick chat, which is nice. It breaks up the day a bit. We don't have a big staff, so things stay pretty personal. If you call, you're likely talking to someone who actually knows what’s going on with your file. It’s just a honest, small-scale operation where we try to keep things moving along as best as we can. We've been here for years and the office has become a second home for us.
