You can find us at B-78 PC Colony in Lohiya Nagar. This is a big residential patch in Kankarbagh, Patna. Our office is at Smt. Preety Saha’s place. It’s a busy house because we are always coming and going. We call ourselves developers because we focus on putting up buildings, especially those taller ones that people call heights. Kankarbagh is always changing, and we are right in the middle of it. The office is usually a bit chaotic with people calling about different sites. We have blueprints scattered everywhere and samples of floor tiles on the floor. It’s not a very organized look, but we know where everything is. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, you just walk in and talk to whoever is there. We talk about floor plans and how many bags of cement we need for the next week. It’s a lot of manual tracking and phone calls. The Patna traffic makes getting to the sites a real pain sometimes, but that’s just life here. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide more places for people to live and work. We’ve been doing this for a few years and have seen the neighborhood grow. It’s a tough business with a lot of competition, but we stay focused on our own projects and keep moving forward.
