We are based out of the Post Office Building on Jamal Road in Patna. Our office is set up with CA Amit Kumar at CSP & Associates LLP. It’s a very busy building because of the post office, so there are always people coming and going. Jamal Road is one of those places where you really feel the pulse of the city. We handle construction projects, but having our base in a professional building like this helps us stay on top of the legal and financial side of things. It is mostly desks and stacks of paperwork here. We don't have a fancy showroom. If you want to see what we do, you have to go out to the actual construction sites. Our day starts with a lot of phone calls to the foremen and checking on the material deliveries. We drink a lot of tea from the stall downstairs while we go over the accounts. It is a bit cramped sometimes with all the files, but it works for us. We’ve been in this building for a while and the staff here all know each other. We aren't doing anything revolutionary; we are just building structures and trying to make sure the costs stay where they should. It’s practical work for a practical city like Patna. We usually pack up once the sun goes down and the traffic on Jamal Road starts to thin out.
