Oms Engicon Private Limited is situated in the Kankarbagh area of Patna. You can find our office at F-210 in P.C. Colony, which is a fairly well-known neighborhood. The office is set up care of Binod Kumar Chouby. We are mostly involved in engineering and construction work, which is what the "Engicon" in our name stands for. Patna is a city that never seems to stop growing, and Kankarbagh is right in the middle of all that expansion. We work on various private and public projects, mostly focusing on the structural side of things. We are a private limited company, but we don't have the typical corporate vibe. It’s more of a place where we sit around a desk and look at blueprints over coffee. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. Most of our contracts come from people we've known for years or through local recommendations. The work is tough and involves a lot of time spent out in the heat or dust of a building site. We keep our overhead low by working out of this colony office. It allows us to focus more on the actual engineering part of the job. Our team is small, and we prefer it that way because it makes communication easier. When we are at the office in P.C. Colony, we are usually catching up on paperwork or planning for the next phase of a project. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us active in the local community.
