We are located on Usri Road, right in Usri Khurd. OM SHANTI SANGAM HOMES PRIVATE LIMITED is based here in Danapur, care of Radha Devi and Sukhsher Kumar. Being in Khagaul, Patna-801105 feels like home to us. We’ve lived and worked in this part of Bihar for a long time. It’s a busy area but we like the energy. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we sit down and talk about houses and building things. We don't use fancy sales tactics. People just come to us because they know who we are in the community. We started this because we saw a need for homes around Danapur. It’s a growing place. Every day we see new faces, but we still know our neighbors. The traffic on Usri Road can be a bit much in the mornings, but we’re used to it. We don’t have a big corporate board or anything like that. It’s just a small team of us working together. We try to be helpful whenever someone stops by. It’s a lot of hard work, but we enjoy being part of the growth here in Patna. We keep our paperwork organized and our doors open. It’s a pretty simple way of doing things, really. Just people helping people find a place to stay. We don't use flashy brochures or anything like that to get attention.
