Our office is located in the Hytec Anis Apartment on Rajendra Path, specifically in flat 304. S Talat Rahman is the one who manages the office and keeps things organized. Kadamkuan is a very busy area of Patna, so there is always a lot of movement outside our windows. We do infratech work, which usually involves a lot of planning for local construction. The apartment setup is comfortable but it is definitely a workspace. We have blueprints scattered across the tables and the tea kettle is always going. Building in a place like Patna is a real test because the streets are narrow and everything is so packed together. We spend a lot of time figuring out how to get materials to the sites without causing a traffic jam. It is not an easy job, but we’ve been doing it for a long time. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of fancy titles. We are just a small group of people working hard. Talat is usually busy with the paperwork while the rest of us are out checking on the progress of the builds. We don't use any promotional tricks to get work. People just know we are reliable and that is enough for us. It’s a practical business run by real people. We just try to get the work done right every single day.
