Oldman Engicon Private Limited is situated at Ward No 11, right near Godavari Palace in the New Mainpura area of Danapur, Patna. The address is C/O Radha Devi. We’ve been operating from this part of Patna for some time. It’s a busy neighborhood, especially being so close to the palace, so there is always something happening outside our doors. We do engineering and construction work, which mostly means we are busy with blueprints, cement, and steel. It’s not glamorous work. You get dirty and you spend a lot of time worrying about the price of supplies. But it’s what we do. Being in Danapur means we are close to the main city but still have that local feel. We aren't into the whole corporate polish. Our office is a place where we drink tea and talk about how to get a wall straight or how to fix a drainage issue. We know the people around Ward 11 and they know us. Most of our work comes from people seeing what we’ve done nearby. We don’t spend money on advertising or fancy websites. We just try to be practical and solve the building problems that people bring to us. Whether it’s a small renovation or something bigger, we just take it step by step. That’s how we’ve always done it here in Patna, and it seems to work out well enough for everyone involved.
