Nssv Construction Private Limited is located over on Road No-24 in Keshari Nagar. Neeraj Singh is the one who keeps things moving around here. Most days you can find us sorting through paperwork or talking to suppliers near the Keshari Nagar post office area. We are not some big corporation with thousands of employees. It is just a small group of us trying to get local building projects finished without too much drama. Road No-24 can get pretty busy, so we spend a lot of time just managing the logistics of getting trucks in and out. People in the neighborhood know us as the guys who are always busy with some project or another. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or advertisements. Instead, we just focus on whatever job is in front of us today. Whether it is a small repair or something bigger, we handle it the same way. Sometimes the supply chains are a headache and prices for cement go up when you least expect it, but that is just part of the business. We try to be straightforward with everyone we work for. If a job is going to take two weeks, we say so, even if it is not what people want to hear. Being honest about the time and the mess is just easier for everyone in the long run.
