We don't have a big corporate headquarters. Instead, we work out of this house and keep things very informal. We just build places for people to live. It’s straightforward work and we try to do it right. Being right across from the school means we see the morning and afternoon rush every single day. It’s tough work sometimes, especially with the heat in Bihar, but we just keep at it. That is really all there is to know about us. We are just working through the daily grind like everyone else.
