Nirupadhi Infrastructure Developers is located right in the middle of things on East Boring Canal Road in Patna. We’re in Flat No. 5 A of the Mani Kunj Apartment. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view of the busy street below, which is always packed with cars and rickshaws. It’s a good spot because it’s central, though finding parking near the apartment can be a real headache for our visitors. We’ve been running the business from this flat for some time. It’s not a huge office, just a couple of rooms filled with files, some old computers, and a lot of half-empty tea cups. We focus on infrastructure and development projects, mostly around the city area. Patna is always digging something up or putting something new in, so we stay pretty busy. We don't go for any of that high-level corporate talk. We’re just a small group of people who know how to read a plan and get a crew together. Dealing with the heat in a fifth-floor apartment means the fans are always on full blast, and there’s usually a bit of noise from the neighbors. We do our best to keep projects moving along, even when there are delays with the electricity or the water supply. It’s a bit of a scramble sometimes, but we’ve managed to stay in business by just being straightforward with the people we work for.
