Niraineer Technology Solutions Private Limited

Niraineer Technology Solutions Private Limited is basically us working out of E/405 in the Green Heritage building. It’s in Sidheshwar Nagar, near Sadakat Ashram here in Patna. It is a decent spot to have an office, even if it feels a bit like a home sometimes. We didn’t want to be in one of those loud, glass buildings downtown, so this works out much better for us. We spend the majority of our time just looking at screens and trying to solve whatever technology issues are on the list for that day. It isn't a giant operation. It is just a small group of us putting in the hours and hoping everything works like it’s supposed to. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with all the cables and equipment we have lying around, but we know where everything is. Patna can be a pretty hectic city, so having our base near the ashram gives us a bit of peace. We don't have any polished scripts or a mission statement pinned to the wall. We just show up, do the jobs we have, and go home to our families. Some days are harder than others when a project gets complicated, but we just stick with it. It’s a simple way to run things and we prefer it that way. We just focus on doing the work properly without any extra fuss or complicated talk.
