Nine Shape Homes Private Limited

We are located in A.G Colony in Patna right near the CPWD office. Our office is basically House No-103 which belongs to Pawan Kumar, who is the son of Sri Arun Kumar. Nine Shape Homes is a small outfit focused on local housing projects. We are not a big developer with thousands of employees just a handful of us trying to get houses built for people here. The neighborhood is fairly quiet but being near the government offices means there is always some activity on the street. We spend our mornings checking on materials and our afternoons visiting the sites. Sometimes we have to deal with delays because of the rain or labor issues but we just take it as it comes. We don't have a fancy showroom or glossy brochures to show people. Usually we just meet at the site or at the house in A.G Colony to talk about things. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. We talk to the masons and the carpenters ourselves to make sure things are moving along. It’s been a few years since we started and we've learned a lot about the local building rules in this part of Patna. We don't make big promises we just try to finish the work we started. It’s honest and sometimes messy but we like seeing a house actually get finished. We’re just local people trying to make a living. We keep our paperwork in a couple of old cabinets and spend most of our time out on the streets.
