Working out of Flat Number 57 in Sector 06 of the M.I.G Bahadurpur Housing Colony is where Nilima Buildcon Private Limited gets things done. Being in Block 02 on Bhootnath Road means there is always a lot of noise and traffic right outside the door. It is a busy part of the city, and we are right in the middle of it. The flat is full of blueprints and stacks of receipts that need sorting. We do building work all over the local area. Some days we are looking at small renovations and other days it is bigger structures. It is not always easy coordinating everything from a housing colony flat, but we make it work. Bhootnath Road is usually jammed with trucks and people, so getting materials in and out takes some patience. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and trying to get a fair price on steel. It is a daily grind, really. You wake up, check the schedule, and hope the workers showed up at the site on time. If they didn't, you are on your bike heading over there to see what the problem is. There is no polish here, just honest labor and trying to get the walls straight. We have been around this part of Patna for a while now, and most people know the name. It is just about doing the job and getting home for dinner before it gets too late.
