Nilam Nirman Private Limited is a local outfit based out of Bhupatipur. Our office is located at Anil Kumar Sinha’s house, number 13 on the Main Road in R K Nagar. It is a familiar spot for anyone living around this side of town. We are mostly into building and construction work. It is not a complicated business model. We just take on projects that come our way and try to do a decent job with the materials we can get. The Main Road is usually pretty busy, so there is always something going on outside. Being in R K Nagar gives us a good base to reach different parts of the city quickly. We are not some big company with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us making sure the work gets done right. Sometimes we have to deal with delays or issues with the weather, but that is part of the trade. We do not go around making big promises we cannot keep. We just stick to what we know, which is construction. If you live in Bhupatipur, you probably know the area well. We like being part of the local scene here. It feels good to see new buildings going up in our own neighborhood. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work at hand. Most of our tools are kept in the back, and we are usually out on site by seven in the morning. It’s a simple life.
