Nikhal Raj Gents Parlour

We are located in the Ishapur Gulistan Mohala area of Phulwarisharif in Patna. Our shop is called Nikhal Raj Gents Parlour. It is tucked away in a more residential part of the neighborhood, which makes it feel very much like a community spot. A lot of the people who come here are our neighbors from Rajendranagar or the surrounding streets. I started this parlour because I wanted to provide a place for the local men to get a decent haircut without having to travel too far into the main city. Phulwarisharif has its own pace of life. We are not a high-end salon with air conditioning and soft music. It is more of a place where you can hear the kids playing outside and the sounds of the street. We have the basic equipment needed for hair and shaves. Most days it’s just a steady stream of regulars. We know most of our customers by name and we know how they like their hair cut. It makes the work more pleasant when you are dealing with friends. The shop is small and sometimes gets a bit crowded on Sunday mornings, but everyone is patient. We don't use any fancy marketing. Our sign is simple and our work speaks for itself. It’s an honest way to spend the day, and we are happy to be serving this part of Patna.
