NIDHIR-AVYAYAH CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

Nidhir-Avyayah Construction Private Limited is up on the seventh floor of Shivraj Tower. We are in Flat 702, right in Friends Colony in the Phulwari area of Patna. Being up that high gives us a pretty good view of the city, though we usually are too busy to look out the window much. The tower is a well-known building in the colony, so people don’t have much trouble finding us. We handle a lot of different construction tasks from this office. It’s mostly where the planning happens before we head out to the actual sites. Phulwari is a busy part of Patna, and there is always something being built or renovated nearby. We have a lot of files and folders everywhere because there is so much paperwork involved in this business. It’s not a very fancy office, just functional with enough chairs for the staff and maybe a visitor or two. We drink way too much coffee while we try to coordinate the different crews. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, so we end up waiting around in the lobby, talking to the neighbors. It’s a good way to stay connected to the local community. We don't have a big mission statement or anything; we just want to get the projects done on time and make sure the buildings are solid. That is pretty much our whole day, every day, from the morning until the sun goes down.
