Our office is in Ayodhya Apartment, right at room 403, near the Sinha Library in Patna. It’s a central spot, which makes it easy to get around the city, even with all the traffic. Newfly Buildwell Llp is a small group of us trying to make a living in the construction world. We aren't big on flashy advertisements or trying to impress people with corporate speak. Mostly, we just talk about the day’s work and what needs to happen next. Being in the 800001 zip code means we are in the heart of things. Bihar construction has its own set of challenges, from getting the right permits to making sure the cement is dry before the rain hits. We don’t have a polished mission statement. We just show up and do what’s expected of us. Sometimes the elevator in the apartment building is slow, or the tea runs out, but we keep at it. It’s a regular job for regular people. We value being honest about what can be done and how long it will take. We’ve lived in Patna a long time and understand how things work here.
