Our office is at Sumita Prakash, Braj Vas, in Tilak Nagar along Swaraj Path. It’s right on the main road in the Kankarbagh area of Patna. If you know Patna, you know how hectic Kankarbagh can be with all the shops and people. Our place is easy to find if you look for the Tilak Nagar signs. We do construction work, so there is usually some dust on the furniture and a few hard hats lying around in the corner. We aren't really concerned with having a perfectly polished office. It’s a place to work, not a showroom. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with laborers and checking on materials. Sometimes we sit around the big table in the middle and just try to figure out how to solve a problem with a site. The traffic outside can be quite loud, but we just turn up the fan and keep going. We've been in this part of town for a while and have seen it change quite a bit over the years. It’s a grounded kind of business. No one here is wearing a tie or giving big presentations. We just talk like normal people and get the construction done. It’s a lot of long hours and sometimes things don't go perfectly, but we just deal with it as it comes. That’s just the way it is for us here in Patna.
