Nestled Builders & Developers is based in Kankarbagh, which everyone in Patna knows is a massive residential hub. We are specifically over at Parwati Path, Km/27. Our office is set up at Surya Kumar’s place, he’s the son of Sunil Kr Singh. We are quite close to the Ram Kumar Apartment, so that is usually the landmark we give people when they are trying to find us. Building houses and developing land in this part of Patna-800020 keeps us pretty busy. The roads here can get a bit crowded in the evenings, but it is a good spot for a business like ours. We don’t do a lot of fancy advertising. Most of our time is spent on the actual sites, making sure the foundations are right and the walls are going up straight. It can be quite dusty work, especially in the dry months. We have a small team here. We usually start the day with some tea and go over the schedules for the different projects we have going on. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or material shortages, which is just part of the job in Bihar. We try to handle everything ourselves, from the initial planning to the final handovers. It is a lot of back-and-forth with suppliers and workers. We just want to make sure the buildings are solid and that we are doing right by the people who trust us with their homes. We are just local builders doing our job.
