NERVY CONSTECH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is located in Kankarbagh, which is one of the biggest residential areas here in Patna. Our office is F-34 in P.C. Colony, right near the Malahi Pakri Chowk. If you know Patna, you know that area is always full of people and shops. Being an OPC means it’s a one-person company, so things are kept pretty tight and personal. We do construction and technical work. Most of the time, I’m either at the office or moving between sites in the city. The traffic near Malahi Pakri can be a bit of a headache, but it’s a central spot for us. We handle various building projects and technical services. It’s a lot of coordination. I don't go for big marketing talks or anything like that. I just focus on the work at hand. Some days it’s about fixing a problem on a site, other days it’s just sitting with a calculator and doing the books. The weather in Bihar can be tough on construction, but we work around it. I started this to provide solid construction services in my own way. It’s a simple setup. I keep the office running and make sure our clients are getting what they asked for. There’s no big secret to it, just staying busy and making sure the work is done properly.
