Naxicor Softwares Private Limited is tucked away in Patna, over in the Choti Nagla area near the old Madho Mills. We are located at the residence of Ranjana Devi. It’s one of those parts of the city that feels very lived-in and narrow, with lots of small lanes and people everywhere you look. Working out of a place like this has its own charm, even if it’s a bit cramped when everyone is in the office at the same time. At Naxicor Softwares Private Limited, we don't really do the whole corporate suit-and-tie thing. Most of us show up in whatever is comfortable and just start working on the software projects we have going on. The Madho Mills area has a lot of history, though it's much quieter now than it used to be back in the day. We’ve got our computers set up in a couple of rooms and the windows look out onto the street where you can see the daily life of Patna passing by. It can get pretty hot in the summer months, so we have some fans going constantly to keep us from melting. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees, just a small group of people who know how to handle software and want to do it right from our own corner of the city. We've been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name.
